XLPE Foam Insulation is made of Chemical cross-linked polyethylene foam. It is manufactured by high-temperature foaming after extrusion, cross-linked and foaming at the same time. It is the ideal foam for applications where support and high durability is required. XPE foam is a strong, resilient closed-cell foam.

Closed cell Nitrile Rubber insulation has good thermal property while open cell structure provide good acoustic properties. It can be bifurcated in Class “O” and Class “1” on the basis of its fire resistance properties.
